My-ArtSite Terms and Conditions
We (Woodland Creative, Inc.) provide you (My-ArtSite members) with tools that allow you to store information about your artworks, events and contacts plus print reports and sales materials, export data that can be uploaded to ecommerce web sites for the purpose of creating and managing web stores for your artwork, and provide opportunities to connect with networks of art groups, galleries and brokers. This document and the documents it refers to explain the terms that govern your use of our service. We may change our terms in the future, and if so, this page will be amended to reflect those changes. You should always refer to this page for the current and complete agreement.

Who Can Use Our Service
You must be at least 18 years old or have your parents' consent to use our service. When you complete your registration you're stating that you are eligible to use our service and will comply with this agreement.
Registration and Security
You must submit a registration form with complete, accurate, required information before using our service. If you submit false information, we have the right to terminate your membership.
You will be assigned a unique user name and a password when you register. Together they identify you on our service. While we take reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized access to your data, we have no control over what happens to it in transit from our servers to your browser. We recommend that you weigh the risks before storing any highly sensitive data on our system.
Your Conduct and Content
You agree to obey all applicable laws, and that you are responsible for any actions taken under your user name and password.
The content on our service is owned and created by our members. We don't attempt to maintain editorial control over it. Nevertheless, we reserve the right to remove any objectionable material that is brought to our attention and to terminate your membership if we feel you've violated our Terms of Service.

Indemnification

You grant us the right to distribute the ecommerce information about your artworks that you publish to your groups. You also grant us the right to allow those groups to upload that information to their web stores for the purpose of displaying / re-selling your artworks in accordance with the terms of sale you have agreed to with those groups.
Our Proprietary Rights
All the content found on our service is protected by our copyrights and trademarks. We reserve the right to insert our, and our sponsors', images and text into all content on our service. You can reformat and print our content for your personal, noncommercial use only. You may not modify or distribute content from our service in any way.
Links To Other Sites
Our service includes links to other sites; some chosen by us and some by our members. These are provided for your convenience, and we aren't responsible for the availability or content of those sites. Use them at your own risk. If you have a problem with an external site, please direct your comments to the administrator of the offending site, not to us.
Disclaimer Of Warranties
Our content is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranty whatsoever. No information or advice that we may offer you will change that, or create a warranty.
We have no control over our members' content or our sponsors' services, and are not responsible for their accuracy, reliability, or utility.
You use our service at your own risk.
Limitation Of Liability
We aren't liable for any sort of damages resulting from the use, or the inability to use, our service, even if we've been told that such damages might occur. We aren't liable for the loss of any data that we delete, or that is lost because of service outages, file corruption, or any other reason. If you're dissatisfied with our service in any way, your only remedy is to stop using it.
Terminating Your Membership
We have the right to terminate your membership and delete all your data and any groups you've created. We may do so at any time, for any reason. We may also permanently bar you from using our service in the future.
If we terminate your membership, we don't need to notify you in advance, we don't have to tell you why, and we don't need your consent.
Modifications To The Service Or To This Agreement
We may change the Terms of Service at any time without notice. We may also modify or discontinue the service without notifying you, and won't be liable to you or any third party for such action.
Miscellaneous
Our rights remain in effect regardless of whether or not we exercise them. If a court with proper jurisdiction finds that any part of this agreement is invalid, all the other provisions will remain in effect.
My-ArtSite Privacy
We take your privacy seriously, and protect it in the following ways:
We're not in the business of collecting and selling e-mail addresses, and will never give your name or e-mail address to anyone else.
You'll only receive e-mail from our advertisers if you want it. We ask new members if they'd like to receive e-mail from our sponsors, and the default choice is 'No.' You may change this preference at any time.
Your Password
When you register as a member we ask you are assigned a unique user name and password. Together they identify you to our server and allow us to store and retrieve data for you.
If you share your user name and password with others, they will also be able to view, edit, and delete your data. Your information will only remain private if you keep your password confidential.
Your Personal Information
We require all members to provide a name and a valid e-mail address so we can contact you.
The rest of your personal profile is optional. You don't have to tell us anything else about yourself, and can change or delete your information at any time.
If you want to permanently remove yourself from our service, you can end your membership which will delete all of your information as well as any connection with groups you are participating with via our service.
How Is Your Profile Used?
Your personal and marketing profiles help us understand our users, and aren't shared with your groups or with advertisers.
We use the information in your personal profile to select advertisements for you to view. Advertisers want to show their ads to people who might buy their products. If you tell us more about yourself, you're more likely to receive ads that interest you.
If you choose to receive e-mail ads, the marketing profile may also be used to which ads will be sent to you.
Although we use your profile to decide which ads to show you, we don't share your personal information with our advertisers. We'll share aggregate demographic data with them, but we'll never give them information about particular members. For example, while we might tell them that 55% of our members are under 35 years old, we would never tell them that Jane Smith is 27 years old and lives in Chicago, IL.
Changes To Our Policy
We'll expand our services as time goes by, and some new features may require changes to our privacy policy. We'll notify you immediately when changes occur, and we'll amend this page to reflect the current policy.

My-ArtSite Privacy
